My Person and Me!

Join us for a fun musical exploration for you and your 0-3 year olds! We hold these classes twice a month, so feel free to drop in to just one or buy a class pack for multiple My Person & Me groups!

Happy Halloween!

Here are some songs you can use this upcoming Halloween season! "Five Little Bats" goes to the tune of "Five Little Ducks" and works on counting backwards and can be used to get your kids ready for what they might see while trick or treating (ghosts, pumpkins, candy, oh my!).
"Where's the Ghosty?" is a song to tune of "Are You Sleeping?" This can be used with scarves to help with color identification and play skills! The second verse can be changed to fit the color and location of the "ghosty" you found. Remember, the song doesn't need to rhyme to be effective!
"Ghosts and Goblins" is a song written by our founder Megan Coltoniak that can be used during a Halloween themed brain break. You can repeat the song as many times as you want or add your own movements into it!
"How are You, Mr. Pumpkin?" is a fun and simple song you can use with kids to help identify emotions and zones of regulation. Use the visuals to identify Mr. Pumpkin's feelings and talk about what Mr. Pumpkin could do to regulate himself! Then, ask your kids if that could work for them as well!
